Are all your lights weatherproof?
Yes, every light we sell is either IP44 or IP65 weather resistant, meaning rain, hail or shine, they'll be shining bright every day.
If your lights ever stop working, just remember they are backed by our lifetime replacement guarantee. Simply reach out to our support team here if you ever have any issues with your lights.
Where can I use the lights?
Anywhere that gets sunlight during the day. Your backyard, front yard, driveway, veggie patch or any outdoor paths around your home. As long as the solar panel for the lights gets sun during the day, they'll turn on automatically at night.

What happens if the lights stop working?
All SolaGarden lights have a lifetime replacement warranty. If they stop working, just send us an email and we'll replace them free of charge.

The Festoon lights have been our best sellers for years now. They are brighter and more durable than any other solar festoon lights on the market and our customers love them.
What's included in The Deluxe Light Bundle?
This is a premium set designed to light up your whole outdoor space beautifully. You get 2 sets of Festoon Lights, 12 LED Wall Lights and 12 Deck Lights. It's a complete all-in-one option that lets you layer your lighting from string lights overhead, to stylish wall accents, right down to step and pathway lighting, all without buying everything separately.
Are all the lights in the bundle solar powered?
The LED Wall Lights and Deck Lights are fully solar powered, charging during the day and switching on automatically at night thanks to their built-in light sensors. The Festoon Lights are also solar powered, with the added option of charging via a 5V 1A USB charger for a quicker top-up. Across the board it's energy efficient lighting with no added electricity costs.
Can I leave the whole set outside in the weather?
Yes, you can. Every light in this bundle carries an IP65 waterproof rating, so the lot is built to handle rain and the elements outdoors. Just keep in mind the solar panels charge best in dry, sunny conditions, so positioning them where they catch plenty of direct sun will give you the best results.
How do I set everything up? Will I need tools or wiring?
There's no wiring required for any of it. The Festoon Lights string up across your patio, deck or pergola and have replaceable bulbs, with each set including 15 bulbs plus a spare. The LED Wall Lights mount to just about any wall surface using the included screws, while the Deck Lights can be fixed in place with either the included screws or tape in just a few minutes. With this much in the bundle, you can dress up multiple areas of your place at once.
What kind of glow do they give off?
The Deluxe Light Bundle creates a warm, inviting ambience that's perfect for entertaining or relaxing outdoors. The Festoon Lights shine in a cosy 2700K warm white with 4 lighting modes, while the LED Wall Lights offer a stylish up and down cross-beam effect and the Deck Lights add soft, safe lighting along your steps and paths. The Wall Lights and Deck Lights both come in warm white and white options, so you can tailor the look to suit your space.
How quickly do I get my lights after I order?
Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your lights and ship them within 24-48 hours. To speed up delivery if your order contains different types of lights, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.
Your lights will be sent via Australia Post, and then they should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 3-7 business days.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
How much do I pay for shipping?
All orders include FREE and fast delivery Australia-wide, no matter how many lights you order.
How do I track my order?
After we pass your order to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!
Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Check your spam folder too (it may have ended up there).
If I don't like the lights, can I return them?
Sadly, we know that sometimes our SolaGarden lights are just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your lights to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 100 days.
*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. All SolaGarden lights must be returned in as new condition, with any tags and the original box.

Do I have to pay for a return?
We’ve got you covered here too. All eligible returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within Australia will be covered with a free return shipping label that we are happy to organise for you, which means no expenses at the post office!
