Are all your lights weatherproof?
Yes, every light we sell is either IP44 or IP65 weather resistant, meaning rain, hail or shine, they'll be shining bright every day.
If your lights ever stop working, just remember they are backed by our lifetime replacement guarantee. Simply reach out to our support team here if you ever have any issues with your lights.
Where can I use the lights?
Anywhere that gets sunlight during the day. Your backyard, front yard, driveway, veggie patch or any outdoor paths around your home. As long as the solar panel for the lights gets sun during the day, they'll turn on automatically at night.

All SolaGarden lights have a lifetime replacement warranty. If they stop working, just send us an email and we'll replace them free of charge.
What are your best selling lights?

What makes The Firefly Lights different from other solar garden lights?
They really are something special. The Firefly Lights sit on soft, flexible wires, which means they sway and "dance" beautifully when the wind blows. It's a unique effect you won't find with your standard garden lights. We'd recommend checking out the video on this page, because the photos honestly don't do them justice.
What colour are the lights?
These come in a lovely warm white, which gives off a soft, cosy glow that's perfect for setting the mood in your courtyard, garden or balcony. Please note we only offer the warm white option for this product.
Do I need any tools or wiring to set them up?
Not a thing. There are no cables or plugs needed at all. You simply place the solar lights in your garden, flick the switch on, and you're good to go. It only takes a few seconds, making them one of the easiest ways to add a bit of magic to your outdoor space.
How long do they stay lit, and how do they charge?
The Firefly Lights are solar powered and charge up in 4 to 6 hours of sunlight, then run for around 8 to 10 hours at night. They also have a built-in light sensor, so they switch on automatically at night and off during the day. Keep in mind that things like the weather, season and how much sun they get will affect charging and run time, which is completely normal. For best results, position them in a sunny spot facing south and out of any shade.
Can I leave them out in the rain?
Yes, you can. With an IP65 waterproof rating and high-quality copper wires, the Firefly Lights are built to withstand rain, snow and sun. Just keep in mind the waterproofing is designed for rain and moisture only, so they shouldn't be soaked or left sitting in water for long periods.
How quickly do I get my lights after I order?
Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your lights and ship them within 24-48 hours. To speed up delivery if your order contains different types of lights, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.
Your lights will be sent via Australia Post, and then they should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 3-7 business days.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
How much do I pay for shipping?
All orders include FREE and fast delivery Australia-wide, no matter how many lights you order.
How do I track my order?
After we pass your order to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!
Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Check your spam folder too (it may have ended up there).
If I don't like the lights, can I return them?
Sadly, we know that sometimes our SolaGarden lights are just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your lights to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 100 days.
*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. All SolaGarden lights must be returned in as new condition, with any tags and the original box.

Do I have to pay for a return?
We’ve got you covered here too. All eligible returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within Australia will be covered with a free return shipping label that we are happy to organise for you, which means no expenses at the post office!
