Shipping Policy

At SolaGarden, we want to get your solar lights to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping.

Processing Time

Once you've placed your order, our team will carefully pack it and ship it within 24 to 48 hours. If your order contains different types of lights, you might receive them in separate parcels so we can get everything to you as fast as possible.

If a product has a pre-order date, you'll see this noted next to the product name in brackets. Your delivery timeframe will start from that dispatch date rather than your order date.

Delivery Times

All orders are sent via Australia Post and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the day they're dispatched. While Australia Post provides these timeframes, delays can occasionally happen that are outside our control. If this happens, your tracking number may show a delayed delivery date.

We offer free and fast delivery Australia-wide on every order, no matter how many lights you buy.

Delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Yes, we're happy to deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers anywhere in Australia. Just pop your PO box or locker address in as your delivery address at checkout.

Shipping Protection

At checkout, you'll have the option to add shipping protection to your order. This covers your parcel for damage during transit, or if it's lost or stolen along the way. Just make sure it's ticked before you complete your purchase if you'd like this extra peace of mind.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a "Track Order" button. This will take you straight to the Australia Post site so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Haven't received your shipping confirmation yet? Double check your spam or junk folder, sometimes it ends up there.

Carbon Neutral Delivery

Every SolaGarden delivery is carbon neutral. We're proud to also support reforestation efforts through One Tree Planted, with a portion of every purchase going towards planting trees in bushfire-affected areas of Australia.
