You get everything you need to get started. The kit comes with 1 chainsaw host, 1 chain and guide bar, 1 screwdriver, 2 batteries, 1 AU charger, 1 plastic carry box and 1 user manual. The plastic box makes it easy to store everything neatly and keep it protected between jobs.

This kit is available with a 4 inch or 6 inch chain and matching guide plate. The high-quality guide chain is deep-hardened, making it more wear-resistant for smooth, consistent cutting over time.
How long does the battery last, and how is it powered?
The chainsaw is fully rechargeable and runs on a 6000mAh battery for a long run time. Two batteries are included in the kit, so you can swap them out and keep working while one charges back up.
Does it need oiling or lubrication?
No, and that's one of its handy features. The special guide plate and tungsten steel ball design means it doesn't require lubrication. This reduces resistance during operation and helps cut down on wear, keeping maintenance to a minimum.
What's it made of, and how big is it?
The chainsaw is built from a combination of ABS and metal for a balance of durability and light weight, finished in black. It uses a 4 inch or 6 inch chain and guide plate depending on the option you choose, keeping it compact and easy to manoeuvre for one-handed garden work.
How quickly do I get my chainsaw kit after I order?
Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your lights and ship them within 24-48 hours. To speed up delivery if your order contains different items, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.
Your chainsaw kit will be sent via Australia Post, and then they should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 3-7 business days.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
How much do I pay for shipping?
All orders include FREE and fast delivery Australia-wide, no matter how many lights you order.
How do I track my order?
After we pass your order to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!
Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Check your spam folder too (it may have ended up there).
If I don't like the lights, can I return them?
Sadly, we know that sometimes our chainsaw kit is just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your lights to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 100 days.
*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. All SolaGarden items must be returned in as new condition, with any tags and the original box.

Do I have to pay for a return?
