Are all your lights weatherproof?
Yes, every light we sell is either IP44 or IP65 weather resistant, meaning rain, hail or shine, they'll be shining bright every day.
If your lights ever stop working, just remember they are backed by our lifetime replacement guarantee. Simply reach out to our support team here if you ever have any issues with your lights.
Where can I use the lights?
Anywhere that gets sunlight during the day. Your backyard, front yard, driveway, veggie patch or any outdoor paths around your home. As long as the solar panel for the lights gets sun during the day, they'll turn on automatically at night.

All SolaGarden lights have a lifetime replacement warranty. If they stop working, just send us an email and we'll replace them free of charge.

Are The Fence Lights too bright or harsh?
Not at all. The Fence Lights give off a warm light that's bright enough to illuminate your fence, deck, steps or patio without being dazzling. It's a soft, comfortable glow that makes it safe for the whole family to move around at night, while still adding a nice decorative touch.
What colour options are available?
These come in white and warm light. Warm light gives a softer, cosier feel that's lovely for relaxing outdoor areas, while white offers a brighter, crisper glow for steps and pathways. You can pick whichever suits your space best.
Do I need to switch them on and off each day?
No, they handle it themselves. Just set them up somewhere that gets plenty of sunlight and turn them on. They'll automatically charge during the day, switch on at dusk and turn off again at dawn. Being fully solar powered, there's no cost to run them and no electricity bills.
How do I install them, and where can I use them?
Installation is easy and the screws are included for your convenience. They can be fixed just about anywhere you can use screws. They're really versatile too, working a treat on stairs, paths, gardens, decks, patios, front doors, backyards, driveways, garages and outdoor walls.
Are they durable enough to stay outside?
Yes, they're built to last. Made from good quality ABS and PC material, the Fence Lights are anti-aging and durable, so they'll hold up well outdoors over time. Just position them where they'll catch plenty of sun, and they'll keep doing their thing day after day.
How quickly do I get my lights after I order?
Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your lights and ship them within 24-48 hours. To speed up delivery if your order contains different types of lights, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.
Your lights will be sent via Australia Post, and then they should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 3-7 business days.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
How much do I pay for shipping?
All orders include FREE and fast delivery Australia-wide, no matter how many lights you order.
How do I track my order?
After we pass your order to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!
Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Check your spam folder too (it may have ended up there).
If I don't like the lights, can I return them?
Sadly, we know that sometimes our SolaGarden lights are just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your lights to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 100 days.
*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. All SolaGarden lights must be returned in as new condition, with any tags and the original box.

Do I have to pay for a return?
We’ve got you covered here too. All eligible returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within Australia will be covered with a free return shipping label that we are happy to organise for you, which means no expenses at the post office!
